Amongst some of the best gym exercises for women, lunges, push-ups, and squats play the role of staples of all the excellent workout programs. How one performs these gym exercises for women needs to vary from time to time as it will help save oneself from speedy fat loss, beat boredom, and plateaus.

Mountain Climber with the Swiss Ball

The use of the swiss ball at the gym proves to be one of the best gym exercises for women. It is not only the simplest, but an extremely effective way to helps to tighten up the stomach without having to move the muscles a lot. The best way to do this exercise is to take upon a pushup position while keeping the arm s straight, placing them on the swiss ball instead of the floor. Keep the core tight and keep the body in the same position until the end of the exercise. Next, it is required to lift one foot and raise the knee slowly, bringing it as close to the chest area as possible without interrupting the body posture. Repeat the same process with the other leg, holding the position for a good 30 seconds. 

Offset Dumbbell Lunges

Offset dumbbell lunges carry the status of being one of the best gym exercises for women, which is their targeted areas of the body. When the person holds their weight on one side of the body, it results in the demand placed on the core increasing, keeping the body stable. In this exercise, the abs and hips must pull off hard work, improving the balance. 

For performing this exercise routine, one needs to hold a dumbbell in the right hand, right next to the shoulder while bending the arm. Then the respective person needs to step forward with the right leg, lowering the body to an extent where the knee is bent at an angle of at least 90 degrees. Further pushing the body to take back the initial position but keeping the weight on the left hand this time.

Hamstrings, Straight Leg Lifts

Apart from targeting the hamstrings in the body, this exercise tends to work effectively with both the core and the glutes. The reason behind it being referred to as one of the best gym exercises for women is that it helps in eliminating the imbalances concerning the muscles between the legs, further reducing any risk of injuries. Hamstrings help improve the body flexibility of the hamstrings, as it stretches the muscles each time the weight is lowered down. 

For this exercise, one needs to grab ahold of a pair of dumbbells, holding them high up one arm’s length right on top of the thighs. Then the respective person must stand with the feet apart at shoulder-width and bending the knees a bit. Further raising one of the legs off the ground, keeping the back arched naturally without brining a bend in the knees. Bend the hips, lowering the torso until and unless it is parallel to the ground. Take a pause, squeeze the glutes, thrust the hips in the forward direction, and further raise the respective torso back to the initial position. 

Swiss Ball Raise

Swiss ball raises fall under the wing of the best gym exercises for women. The reason behind this is that this exercise targets the upper back of the women’s body. It works with the body’s key muscles, helping the person improve their posture and shape the shoulders’ back area, which allows the girls to look great, especially in those backless dresses. 

For performing this routine, the person must lay face down on top of a swiss ball, in a manner that the back is flat whereas the chest if off the swiss ball. While the body stays in this position, one needs to let the arms hang down from the shoulder area straight. The palm should be facing behind while keeping the elbows flared. Further, the person is required to lift their upper arm as much as they can without changing the elbow position.  

While talking about feeling and looking great through all seasons in life, the element which the closest to being “one size fits all” turns out to be the most obvious, and that is exercise.
