Bake for approximately 30 minutes, check if the top changes its color into golden, insert the toothpick in it if it is filled with fluid, bake more if it seems to clean your recipe is ready, and now set it aside for 30 minutes before cutting in slices. 

This recipe consists of 450 calories, 19-gram proteins, 10 grams carbohydrates, 5-gram fibers, 2-gram sugar, 40-gram fat, 11 gram soaked fats. 

Keto-Egg Salad 

In this recipe, some additional but healthy ingredients such as cream and avocado are used to make it different and more beneficial from the traditional egg salad. This salad has a distinct and fresh taste, also included in the list of best keto diet recipes.

2 slices of zucchini,

olive oil 1 tablespoon,

How to prepare

  1. Preheat the oven approximately 225°, use the cooking spray on a baking sheet; it’s good to use a mandolin to slice the zucchini in a perfect form. To clean the remaining moisture, use a paper towel to pat the zucchini. 
  2. Take a large bowl first mix zucchini with olive oil, then in zest, oregano, pepper, and salt, now pour it on a baking sheet carefully in the form of a single layer.
  3. Bake it until it becomes crispy. It will take approximately 70 minutes, now set it aside to cool down on room temperature.

For Air Fryer 

  1. In the case of an air fryer, use an air fryer basket to grease it appropriately by using a cooking spray, cut the zucchini slices in a thin round shape. Now absorb the moisture by using the towel paper; it will help to absorb the additional moisture in it. 
  2. Separate the oil, use a large size bowl to toss zest with the zucchini slices, also add salt and pepper in it. Place it carefully in the form of a single layer, but little overlapping can be ignored.
  3. Preheat the oven for at least 375°, air fry for 6 minutes, then flip it and cook for approximately 6 minutes more; if some chips change their color in gold, remove them from the oven and continue with the others. It would be beneficial to shake the basket many times while cooking because it will increase the crisp in the recipe.
