Oats

Oats is one of the finest high grain foods, enriched with fibers, magnesium, manganese, vitamin B1, and numerous other nutrition’s. It contains 14% of calories or one cup of oats is filled with 307 calories.  

Cottage Cheese

Cottage cheese is included in the list of high protein food because it has low calories and fats, enriched with phosphorus, calcium, vitamin B2, and B12, selenium. One cup of cottage cheese consists of 1% fats, 28g protein, and 163 or 69% of calories. Various other types of cheese are also added in a diet plan such as parmesan cheese containing 38% calories, Swiss cheese contains 30% calories, mozzarella cheese contains 29% calories, and cheddar cheese has only 26% of calories.  

Greek Yogurt

Greek yogurt has a very thick form, well suited with sweet dishes, enriched with nutrients, 170 g container of yogurt has 17g of protein and 100 calories. Milk

Broccoli

Responsible for providing the bioactive nutrients and protection against cancer. As compared to other vegetables, broccoli has more protein content. One cup of chopped broccoli has 3g of protein and 31 calories. 

Lean Beef

Lean beef is not only high in protein but enriched with iron, vitamin B12, and various other nutrients. It contains 53% of calories. People who prefer a low carb diet can easily add beef in their diet plan. 

Tuna

Tuna is a famous kind of fish; people prefer it in both forms, such as for baked dishes it tastes delicious and hot but also tastes well in cold salads. Tuna has low fat and calories and has a high level of proteins. It is also considered as a means of assessing various nutrients as well as enriched with omega-3 fats. One tuna fish may contain 27 grams of proteins and 128 calories. 

Quinoa

Quinoa is known as a superfood due to the pseudo-cereal. It contains a high level of vitamin, fiber, minerals, and antioxidants, as well as have numerous other health benefits. One cup of quinoa contains only 8 grams of proteins and 222 calories.
